May Partner Letter 2017
Dear Partner,
Truly glorious is the only way to describe the atmosphere in the services recently. We’ve seen children, teenagers, men and women alike hungry for a move of God, and being used by God in wonderful ways. This past week, we were in Louisiana for a meeting where over 45 were filled with Holy Spirit and many others were changed by the Word and move of the Holy Spirit. At one point in the service, a man came to the altar and knelt in prayer. Then a young girl, who looked to be about 8 years old, came and knelt beside him, put her hand on his back and prayed with him until he got up – at least 15 minutes. He told me when he looked up at her, she said, “It’s gonna be okay – Jesus is with you”. Then she went to another lady to help her when she was getting up after prayer and said to her …”You’re as safe as safe can be when you’re in the arms of Jesus”! The whole church was greatly impacted by her prayers and acts of compassion toward them. There is a generation rising up who must know the move of God!
Below is an excerpt from Kenneth E. Hagin’s book, Plans, Purposes and Pursuits. How timely it is!
“In the wave of God’s blessing that is coming upon the earth, the things that have been manifested occasionally will become commonplace with the Body of Christ. …This move will be lost unless the people are taught how to move with My Spirit.”
“There will be some who will read this and be just as lifeless as they ever were. Others will say, ‘Isn’t that marvelous?’ and do nothing to follow after God’s plans, purposes, and pursuits for their lives. But there will be those people who will catch on and take hold of what the Lord is trying to get across to the Body of Christ in this hour, and get God’s plan for their lives and follow after that! Those who do, will be ready for the move that God is wanting to bring upon the earth in this day. The Body of Christ has not seen anything like what we will see when we get to that place where we have God’s plan and purpose, not only for our own lives but also for the Church—and we are pursuing that plan!”
We have seen the importance of not only the Word of God, but also the necessity of the demonstration of the Holy Spirit in these days. It is not optional – it is required for every believer and church that declares the name of Jesus Christ! In the book of Acts, the world was turned upside down as the disciples declared and demonstrated God’s resurrection power to their generation. We are called to do the same to answer the cry of a hurting and hopeless world. Nothing less will do!
What a wonderful time to serve the will of God!
We love you!
